M3066 Proofs
During class you are to demonstrate with the help of your instructor that you can:
- Prove: The opposite sides of a parallelogram are congruent.
- Prove: The diagonals of a rectangle are congruent.
- Prove: The diagonals of a rhombus bisect each other (if time allows)
- You are to construct three proofs for each of these problems.
- Proof 1: demonstrate by example on GSP
- Proof 2: construct a synthetic Euclidean proof
- Proof 3: construct a coordinate proof
